I need a qualified locksmith or handyman to supply and install a compliant deadlock on the external red door shown in the attached photos. Details: Existing door and frame are solid timber. Current setup includes a standard latch and a surface bolt (see photos). The new deadlock should be double-sided or key-lockable from the outside and inside (as per compliance). Please ensure clean installation and minimal damage to existing paintwork. Must provide and install all hardware (lock, strike plate, etc.). Job includes supply, labour, and cleanup.
Hadi was lovely and did everything very efficiently. Will be using again in future
