I’m looking for a fantastic cleaner to do a full and regular clean of my 1 bedroom apartment, (as bedroom 1 on the supplied floor plan will be locked and closed off at all times). This will be required approximately once-twice per week. Important: Also required will be washing linen offsite. The linen can then be picked up on the way to the next clean. And replaced then. I can give you the address of a local dry cleaner who will clean and fold all the sheets. The cost is $20. And I am happy to cover this. Also required will be topping up perishables (toilet paper, tea/coffee pods etc these will be supplied). I believe this would be less than 2 hours work for a good cleaner. Please also ensure you are a business (as I would like to receive invoices in the future) and have all correct insurances etc, and these are able to be shown upon request. Also preferably someone based in the East so that if we need short notice cleans this will be possible.
