I need help with decluttering 1 bedroom apartment

Looking for a professional house keeper for a fortnightly clean, 1 level flat, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 1 living room. Needs to bring his own material. Parking available.

Currently have broken bones so I need assistance cleaning up a heavily drug occupated housing commision. Will need someone non-judgmental and able to do what’s needed. Currently a lot of rubbish and personal belongings everywhere. Will need clothes and shoes and other personals organised and packed into suitcases and bags I have here. Then after will need rubbish removed and house cleaned to a decent standard not to fussed about finishing touches just want to move all of my brothers belongings out and the house to be cleaned enough for people not to fuss. There is a dog here and my brother has recently been incarcerated so dog poos in the bathroom and piss on the balcony.
