Unpack & Set Up New Airbnb. We’re setting up a new Airbnb & need a reliable, detail-oriented person to help unpack & organise everything. All items have already been purchased & will be delivered to the property by removalists. You’ll be responsible for opening boxes, removing packaging, & setting up items neatly in the right rooms. Open & unpack all boxes carefully. Flatten cardboard boxes for recycling. Keep aside all instructions, manuals & warranty booklets together. Remove or cut off all tags, labels, & stickers from items neatly. Place all items neatly in their relevant rooms. Light assembly of simple items (eg lamps & cords). Items to Organize: Kitchen: Unpack & neatly store all crockery, cutlery, glasses, utensils, pots, & pans in cupboards & drawers. Place cleaning products either in the bathroom or under the kitchen sink Dining Area: Arrange books, ornaments, plants, pots, pot stands, diffusers, pillows, & throws neatly & aesthetically. Bedrooms: Move bedside tables into each bedroom. Place quilts, mattress protectors & 4 pillows per bedroom in the correct room (no need to unpack from plastic). Carefully unpack & assemble lamps with their globes & plug in extension cords/boards Bathroom: Set up the toilet scrubber & toilet paper in dispensor with 3 extra rolls of toilet paper under the sink. Set up the bathroom bin with a plastic bag inside. Put the shampoo conditioner & body wash on the shower shelf. Put the soap dispenser next to the tap. Garbage: All the boxes & packaging to be folded as we have limited space in the bins. Take all the folded rubbish, packaging & cardboard boxes to the rubbish room & to dispose of it in the correct bins. Estimated Time: 2–4 hrs. We are flexible with time from about 1 -5pm. We will be on site for any Qs you may have. Ideal Airtasker: Has an eye for detail & loves organizing. Is careful with fragile items (glassware lamps, etc). Works efficiently & can follow instructions. Brings scissors for unpacking.
