I need a housekeeper / PA who is extremely honest and very efficient. I have a wonderful cleaner that comes once a week. She’s adorable. EXTREMELY efficient and meticulous. Many others before her have either stolen from us or displayed zero effort in the job. Others are now big employees of our business. We treat the staff like family. But we DO expect hard work, however, we are extremely generous and very loving and caring people. There have been some serious hardships that we have endured and are enduring, therefore, we need assistance, as we run a large business as well. So there’s lots of tidying up to do. General cleaning. Maybe doing a bed or maximum 2. Maybe washing clothes. General housekeeping jobs daily. Doing dishes etc. Prepping up herbs and meds. Preparation of dog food - that is; cooking up chicken legs etc for the week. Cooking up pots of vegetable soup for the week. And the like. Very very simple and taught by me. Then frozen in smaller containers It’s daily chores for myself (Teresa and my husband - Chris). But most of the organzation is to do things for the house and for Teresa. It may require a few hours a day (we are not sure yet as we have not done this before). It could be 3 days a week. It could be 5 days a week - a few hours a day. Running errands. Etc. I see it more as a housekeeper/pa rather than a cleaner/pa. THE BIGGEST ADJECTIVES WE WOULD USE TO DESCRIBE WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR ARE : EXPERIENCED.
