Find a reliable levelling service in SA

I have bad back issues and so I am seeking a reliable person to clear my verge (6m long x 1m wide) ready for turfing. Tasks are: 1. Dig out all remaining grass and weeds (green bin available) 2. Remove any debris, rocks etc (landfill bin available) 3. Soil surface to be levelled and reduced to 5cm below concrete edge height (footpath/kerb) so that my turf will lay flat/level with footpath height. (tools - shovel, metal rake etc. available if required). Any soil left over to be placed in garden bed <20ft away. Council verge tree NOT to be touched. That's it! Hope to hear from you. Thank you

The floor needs to be levelled. Length is approx 8m and width 1.5m. It is currently uneven and has some cracks. A slight fall should be provided towards the lawn side. Please see attached photo.
