We need someone to remove all the soil from our front garden (about 60 square meters) and make the area flat and even. Please include soil removal/disposal in your quote. Access to the garden is straightforward from the street.

Landscaper or gardener, handyman - two townhouses each with small driveway strip, common front yard need a clean up, and level. New soil supply so it is ready for planting. Nature strip needs soil add along driveway to fill in the ditches along both driveways. Backyards needs cleanup and leveling. There are small sides to each townhouse, needs leveling, possibly sleepers to make it into cascade steps. Soil to be supplied. Later on decking will be done but ground needs to be levelled. I am looking for expert assistance in achieving a level surface for both the backyard and the sides of my house. Although the area is generally flat, it requires professional design and execution to ensure proper leveling. Therefore, I am seeking guidance from an experienced individual who can advise me on whether it would be best to raise or lower the backyard to achieve the desired level. Additionally, I would need assistance with the necessary steps for yard leveling, such as adding or removing soil and potentially constructing retaining walls. The dimensions of the backyard are 12.5 by 6 meters. The main tasks involved in this project are as follows: 1- Provide a feasible suggestion for leveling the backyard. 2- Install retaining walls if necessary. 3- Add or remove soil as required. 4- I was also thinking about adding root barriers on one side to avoid potential damage form screening trees which will be planned on the right side of the house later. The ultimate goal is to have a clean site ready for the placement of topsoil and stepping stones. In terms of the existing infrastructure, there are water drainage pipes underground, along with a grated silt pit and capped risers. I have included a snapshot of the water drainage plan in the attached photos. It's important to consider the council easement located at the corner of the yard. I want to emphasize that you will assume responsibility for any damage caused to the pipes in the yard. Access to the backyard can be gained through the garage back door, which has a width of 79cm, leading to the side and then the backyard itself. Alternatively, there is an option to remove the side fence for easier access (this is a corner block). Please refer to the attached photo for more details. If everything goes well with this task, there is a possibility of extending the work to the front yard and other additional tasks. The details of any further work would be negotiated upon completion of this initial task.
