Looking for some 1-1 cooking skills classes for my son. I have a homeschooled 11yo who is really into cooking. He cooks about 2/3 his own meals including a couple of Dinnerly/Hello Fresh things a week. I'm looking for an occassional tutor who could up his technical skills, things he can't learn so easily online .For example, he's keen to improve his knife skills, and I could see there would be some simple prep techniques chefs use that he might benefit from. Looking for an avid skateboarder who is looking for a regular weekly coaching gig at one of the local skate parks (Mutch park, Maroubra, Chifley etc). My 9 year old has taken a keen interest in skating. He is gutsy and has taught himself to drop in the mini ramps but could do with some help from someone more experienced. You don't have to be an experienced coach, just a good skater and good at building rapport and teaching what you know. A WWC check or willing to get one is also highly desirable.

I need to do driving practice in Australia for the practical test with the Department of Transport, following their point-based checklist, just like they do it. I was recommended to take approximately 9/10 hours of practice with someone experienced in the exact driving style Australia requires. It should be someone who knows the rules, has the checklist, has experience teaching, is patient, and knows the areas where the practical tests are conducted. We can start with 1 hours to check your skills and if you are the right person continuos for more ours and lessons.

I am looking for someone to teach me surfing. I’ve had 3 group lessons in the past month and went surfing twice on my own, but my progress was very minimal (I could stay on my feet only once per hour for 3 seconds max). I am a relatively fit man, but my coordination sucks. I need someone who is a good teacher and who can observe my attempts, give me feedback, correct me, and give useful tips. I am a 35 year old full licensed driver that has only ever driven Automatic. I did "learn" to drive manual for a couple of days but that was 17 years ago. So think of me as brand new. $100 an hour of driving. Can do 3 hours at once or split up not too fussed. I am buying manual car from a family member and need to go and pick it up. So looking to get a at least 3 hours of driving before I do so. You will need a manual vehicle, not fussed how big as I am buying a ute so it will be big anyway. My driving test is 9am Saturday 28th at Eastgardens. I need someone to please come in the car with me as I drive there, wait whilst I take the test and potentially drive me home (if I fail). Someone with a full driving license.
