Area is approximately 170m2 Scope of Works - Remove and dispose of existing grass/turf - Remove and dispose of existing garden beds, excluding brick garden bed where veggie garden is (leave in place) - Remove and relocate ash tree and lemon tree (closer to fence) - Regrade and level the backyard to create a smooth, even surface - Behind shed, level with road base (I will remove all bricks/blocks beforehand) - Prepare soil ready for new turf installation (including any topsoil, turf underlay etc) - Leave the site clean and ready for the next stage of landscaping Site is located in Croydon. Please note it is a very narrow street. Driveway access from street all the way through to backyard (driveway is 2.2M wide) Happy to discuss adding on laying turf, but at this stage will probably do myself.
