I need my front yard mowed and whipper snipped and the side of the house also, its a small yard under 50 m...no need to do the backyard. One side of the front yard only needs whipper snipped and outside the fence the kerb needs mowing

I need an experienced end of lease yard mower. I don’t want the lawn cut too short as it will burn it. The lawn is already maintained so it’s no a hard job just a tidy up. Grass is long and yard untidy. Looking for a person to mow and edge lawn before Christmas. See photos - the majority of the lawn is ok and just needs mowing however one section (pic 4) is quite overgrown as the person who mowed previously used a large ride on and was concerned about its weight on that section which is supported by a retaining wall.
