Issue: The heat lamp is no longer turning on The fan and regular light still work normally The heat function has stopped completely Additional details: HPM Unit is ceiling-mounted in the bathroom (see photos) Unsure if issue is the heat globe, wiring, switch, or internal component Happy to replace parts if required.

The lamp has two parallel arms that carry low voltage current to the 12v globe. However, while the base has power output, the lamp arms are not carrying the current. I would think the base is not connecting to the arms correctly

My dog has chewed a lamp cord which i need fixed as the lamp will not turn on.
