I’m looking for an experienced flooring installer to supply and install laminate boards in my kitchen (approx. 9m²). • Please include in your quote: laminate boards (similar to light oak tone to match my lounge), underlay, trims/transition strips, and installation. • Job involves: removing old flooring, preparing subfloor if required, laying click-lock laminate boards, installing trims, and clean up. • Must have own tools and experience with laminate installs. There is a dip in the concrete floor below the laminate boards causing a small section of boards to dip and separate between the fridge and pantry. The boards need to be unclipped and pulled up, some levelling compound put down and subsequently the boards reinstalled by someone who knows what they are doing.

Experienced laminate floor laying

Current laminate has discoloured so cupboards in kitchen and laundry needs to be re-laminated . Not that many to do as I’m replacing the cupboards above the head so only ground level cupboards needs to be redone.

Damaged area needing repair for end of lease inspection. Would ideally like floorboards to be repaired (only the damaged sections) but open to "presentable" fixes like putty/pen etc. Whatever makes the most sense. Will pay for floorboards + labour (not sure what it would cost) - probably 1 sqm worth? (in smaller little parts)
