Installation of IKEA kitchen including removal and disposal of old kitchen

Scope of works that we'd like done: • Demolition and removal of existing kitchen cabinetry, wall cabinets, pantry cupboard, appliances and splash-back. Including plumbing and electrical disconnections of appliances • Removal of asbestos vinyl and tiles under existing cabinetry. • Electrical works associated with conversion from gas to induction cooktop, including new circuit breaker and new wiring from switchboard. • Installation of new sink, oven, cooktop and exhaust fan. • Installation of new plaster in preparation for new splash-back. • Installation of new plaster on back wall to replace existing wooden panelling. • Tiling of splash-back (about 3 metres2 in area) following new cabinetry installation. • Preparation of floor and laying down of floating floor boards. Somethings to note include: • We have already selected the cabinetry to be replaced in our kitchen. And the company preparing this will also install the new cabinetry. • Under the existing kitchen cabinetry, there is a vinyl that has asbestos in it. The first photo is an image of this. This vinyl is likely to be under all the kitchen cabinetry that is still remaining. • We would like the existing wooden panelling to be plastered over to match the other kitchen walls. This wall can be seen in the photo titled '4-Wall to be Plastered'. • We're intending on getting floating cork floorboards to replace our tiles that have already been removed. We've been advised that they are as simple to install as standard floating floorboards. Something to note is that we have a crack in the slab of our kitchen floor, which runs across the whole length of the kitchen, it is as wide as 1.5cm at some points (I've attached photos for your reference). The kitchen floor that we would like to lay the flooring down on is about 12 metres2 in area.

Need water pipes and drains installed for kitchen and bathroom (in the same shared wall). Underfloor access is reasonable and it is close to the side of the house

Hi Phillip, I have a 5cm thick by 300cm long concrete kitchen benchtop that I want removed and replaced with a laminated one. Also a gas stove I want removed and replaced with an electric oven and induction cooktop. Also a large copper double sink that I want replaced with a smaller stainless steel sink. I am happy to wait until February for the work to start but I would appreciate it if you could tell me as early as possible whether you can do the work or not. I have a very flexible budget Thank you Susan

Currently renovating my kitchen. Need someone who has a powerful saw and jigsaw to cut through the kitchen benchtop. I’ve placed these in the correct location just need to do cut outs for the sink and stove top. Also need to do additional cuts for a kitchen island and side piece and straightening the end panel. Shouldn’t take longer than 2-3 and I’ll be around to help out. Happy to do this in Australia Day if possible if not the Saturday. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 27 January 2024

I need half of my old kitchen removed (not the sink/plumbed area) and Ikea kitchen partially installed. I won’t need a: Countertop Doors on top cabinets Backsplash I would like a piece of plywood between each cabinet that I will get cut to size from bunnings unless you can do this easily for me. I live in a 2 bed room apartment and I’m purchasing a new Ikea kitchen. I’m looking to hire someone to install all the cabinetry :) The kitchen is 3m x 2m and the cabinetry goes along two walls. The delivery is currently set for November 15 but can be amended if different timing suits. I’m also interested in a quote for the removal of my current kitchen. I’ve added the plans as attachments below Other thing to note is there is no lift in the appartment building - on the third storey.
