I have a situation where a person had access to every single, password, login, iCloud account, phone account, bank account you name it, this person managed it, company database, VoIP logins, blah blah… I hope you get the picture. It’s been gradually getting worse but let’s just say there’s some unusual things happening to my passwords completely changing, my face login failing, Second phase logins denied. calendars changing to Nz time Making me miss meetings and just my phone and my running of my small business in general is being messed with. This person had a handle on everything from the past and may still now. That possibility of anyone looking, changing or being involved anymore needs to end asap. I need somebody to come and help me format, re-install, uninstall, reset whatsoever absolutely everything as if it were brand-new with brand-new brand new personal email if needed and all passwords brand-new logins and I need it done as soon as possible please. The mobile phone needs resetting urgently and that number links to a VoIP 1300 number and if I need to set up a new email address and a new iPhone login with a new apple account I’ll do that also… whatever it takes. I need somebody that really knows what they’re doing not somebody that once changed the password for someone, it needs someone that can strategically do each purge of anyone and everything needed in a task and correct order so there is no possibility of it being tracked in anyway. That may mean you bringing your own laptop for my new accounts to be setup and using your own Wi-Fi if that could be being looked at… whatever! I don’t care what needs to be done, the person that does this will be able to explain this to me (YOU) and if it makes common sense then we’ll get into it.
