I’m done dealing with Optus’ remote chat support and just want someone local who can check everything properly. I need someone to: • Check the modem/router and setup • Run diagnostics and troubleshoot any issues • Determine whether the issue is with wiring, equipment, or signal • Recommend and assist with next steps if needed Please only offer if you’re confident with NBN setups and available Friday morning.
