Paint has already been purchased: Tint Paint (tintpaint.com.au) and no microfibre rollers can be used with this paint. I’m looking for an undercoat & 2 top coat finish. Prep - basic prep (filling, sanding, sugar wash) ⁃ sealing newly installed picture rails ⁃ Undercoating Bedroom - Walls (lilac) - Trim & door (neutral white) - Picture Rail (Burgundy) - Ceiling (neutral white) - MDF Built ins (burgundy) - 1x metal window needs to be painted (burgundy) Loungeroom: - Walls (pink) - Ceiling (burgundy) - Ceiling rose (warm white) - Trim (warm white) & 3 doors (warm white) - 1x window metal (burgundy) - Doors (warm white) Hallway: - walls (yellow) - trim & woodwork (warm white) - front door (burgundy) & internal door (warm white) - ceiling (yellow) Paint (already purchased): ⁃ Tint Paint undercoat & “wall” (low sheen), “trim” (semi-gloss) & “ceiling” (flat) finishes in appropriate colours (Tint paint advises not to use microfibre rollers but instead to use lambswool roller covers). ⁃ I also have purchased some etch primer for the 2 windows. ⁃ I have some painter’s caulk & No Gap for sealing the picture rails Room Dimensions Hallway: 4260mm (L) x 1230mm (W) x 3200mm (H) Front Room: 4280mm (L) x 3520mm (W) x 3200mm (H) Loungeroom: 4810mm (L) x 3600mm (W) x 3200mm (H) Other notes: - ceilings are high (about 3.2m) - rooms are not completely empty but mostly. loungeroom has couches but they are wrapped in plastic ⁃ the bedroom is getting floor to ceiling MDF built-ins inserted on 13-16 April next week and those are also part of the job. Hi. Me and a mate are currently painting a house, inside only. It’s an older house around 20 years old. We need someone to come help on Friday (full day) and maybe Saturday (half day) to assist with painting inside the house. We are painting all the walls and ceiling (white paint colour only). Friday is probably 7-9 hours, starting around 0930. Saturday is around 0830 and probably 5-7 hours. We have extended rollers and brushes and ladder etc. got all gear etc. just need someone to help us paint as well to speed process while we do small cosmetic repairs through house at same time. The budget I am quoting is not confirmed due to hours work unknown. For now, I will assume a 9 hour job, but this will likely extend. 9 hours job being posted. We can negotiate or extend after the day one job is completed
