House details: • Single-level home • 4 bedrooms • 1 bathroom and separate toilet area • 2 living areas • Kitchen + dining + hallways • Internal walls only Scope of work: - Internal walls only (no ceilings) - Same colour throughout (besides one toilet room) - 2 coats required - Minor prep included (patching nail holes, light sanding, masking) - House will be mostly empty - No wallpaper removal Timeframe: - Job must be completed within 5–7 days once started Please only quote if you can commit to this timeframe with sufficient painters on site. We need wooden stairs created for our medium sized, low set decking. Perhaps only two steps but the length of the decking each side. We also have tiling to be done around our fireplace hearth.
