I am renovating but I would like to get ideas on how it can look For example, I would like to put sandstone, white rendering and wood in the front. I want to see how it would look.

The suite comprises 20 sqm in area with a ceiling height of 3.9m. There is a window frame facing the street and an internal window facing the corridor. The prep would include removing screws from the masonry walls and patching. I expect the ceiling would require a single coat and the walls, 2 coats. Existing colour is white and new colour would also be a white shade. The suite is located on 2nd floor of a building in King Street, Sydney. Access is by stairs or lift.

Interior wall paint a 90 sqm space. No patchwork required. It will be about a 2 day job for one person. Want the project completed by Friday 25th Oct. Paint will be provided but no equipment (brushes etc). Happy to pay cash.

We’re looking for someone to prepare and paint two rooms - a dining room (6m x 4m) and a kitchen (3m by 2m). Also there are several timber components (arches over the windows, kitchen windows and kitchen pass area) that will need to be prepped and painted a different colour. And 2 other doors nearby will also need to be painted. You will need to provide all the equipment and paint - we will give colours to be matched. Photos of areas are provided.
