Find an experienced interior house painter in Morningside

Need someone to come in and help me paint the inside of the house. The stair case and living room area in the picture. The stairs will be fully primed so that's not required. Stair painting requirement (see demonstration picture) - treads and banisters need to be black and everything else white. All paint will be supplied. Job in Morningside.

Interior Painting of a bedroom and rumpus room (approx 40 linear meters of walls) including architraves around doors and windows. Rooms have skirting boards removed so only have to pick out to cornice and around windows / doors. I will supply paint. Architraves to be painted with same paint as walls (low sheen) and same colour. Walls standard 2.5m high. Areas are clear of furniture etc.

The apartment is 82.42 meters squared (Floorplan attached). No furniture in the place except 2 mattresses in the middle of the rooms. The flooring is being replaced so we're not too worried about spray on the floors. Ceiling & cornices already complete as well as cutting in already done (as pictured). Not needing the bathrooms painted. All paint supplied. Plastering and patch ups complete. Needing a quote for all internal walls + floor skirtings (excluding bathrooms), plus internal doors. - Due date: Flexible
