Paint walls, ceilings, architraves and skirting boards in dining room and lounge room. Lounge dimensions are 3.6m x 4m Dining room dimensions are 2.8m x 3m Paint kitchen ceiling and small space above cupboards and sink. Paint walls, ceiling, skirting boards and door architraves of 2 hallways. Dimensions of hallways are both roughly 3m long. Paint bathroom ceiling and window architraves. Dimensions are roughly 1.2m x 3m. Walls will need some small holes and cracks filled and sanded before painting. Skirting boards have paint peeling and will need some prep before painting also. Ceilings are 9ft. Dining room wall has large walkway opening and large window. Lounge room has large window and 2 walkway openings, so less wall. 2 coats walls 1 coat ceiling 2 coats trims Dulux Aquanamel semi-gloss for trims in vivid white. Dulux Wash and Wear Low sheen in natural white for walls. Colour TBC but some white variation. Dulux Flat for ceiling in white. All paint supplied. Painter to supply tools, drop sheets etc. See pics for rooms and reference. Away from home so pics are from an older video. Floors have just been sanded and stained. Looking for an experienced painter to repaint the interior of a small, ground-floor 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment (approx. 52 m²) in Warrawong. The apartment will be professionally cleaned and empty before painting begins. Scope of work: Walls only: repaint throughout from light blue to standard white (approx. 52 m² apartment). Doors, frames, and skirting boards: freshen up with semi-gloss/enamel. Minor patching: already done in most areas, but please allow to tidy any small spots that may have been missed. Kitchen/bathroom: Use appropriate moisture/mould-resistant paint. Details: Colour: Standard white (currently light blue walls, white trims, and white ceilings). Ceilings: not included (popcorn ceiling, to remain as is). Apartment condition: Empty, freshly cleaned. Access: Ground-floor apartment, easy access, no stairs. Parking: Free street parking available. Skirting, window frames and doors are all new and will need to be prepared for painting. Painting the inside of my house

One bedroom unit (approx 50sqm floor space). Presently unoccupied and clear of furniture. 2 x coats of Dulux Antique White (0.50) on walls. 2 x coats of low-sheen white on ceilings and cornices. Preparation includes wall wash, minor repairs (cracks/holes), and taping. The walls are cement rendered and previously painted in Dulux Antique White.

Hi, we’d like the down stairs area of our home - living and longue room , stair case hallway and the main bedroom painted

We have four window frames which will get new blinds very soon. All windows have been cleaned, lightly sanded etc and need tapping & painting. One large window, one medium and two smaller windows We will supply the paint, no undercoat necessary.

I require the entire interior of a small granny flat to be painted. all walls, ceilings, skirtings and doors are to be painted in the same crisp white to make it quicker and easier. Ideally a professional painter with a spray gun and would be a very quick job - two coats required. Please only apply to do job if you are a professional painter or very experienced.
