Painting to include walls, ceilings, all doors and windows. Should include all the preparation work, filling up holes , fixing small areas of gyprock, sanding, smoothing etc. Flexible a bit on the required by date. Would like it in the next 4-6 weeks. Supply materials and paint 3 bedrooms 2 storeys townhouse interior as per the attached plan (areas to paint are highlighted). Only walls and ceilings. All white colour. No doors, no windows, no wardrobes inside. Picture rail remains in place. Ceilings are ~2.40m Prep work is required. Some plaster work is also required to fix conduits and some wholes as per attached photos (conduits are at 2 places) To be noted: suspended ceiling is being installed in the living/dining area, can't provide the photos yet. - Due date: Before Saturday, 16 December 2023

Hi there, looking to find painters to paint interior walls of a 3 x bedroom apartment. All three beds to be painted 3 x different colours and the living room will be a different colour. Some walls need to remove screws / Nails and patch holes before painting but small holes only. Paint only will be supplied. You will need your own brushes, equipment etc... There will be no furniture in the house To be completed on Friday 28/10 or Saturday 29/10 Have posted photos of the apartment and floor plan for reference
