Driver side window will not go up, keeps falling down. Man need a new regulator

Looks like the motor has gone on it it wont stay up Need it fix

My Hyundai i30's front driver side window didn't work properly all of a sudden and fell into the door. I have lifted it and duct taped it closed but need the window's original function restored. Window itself does not need replacement, guessing it's just the regulator.

Hey, looking for a mechanic (mobile or workshop) to install a timing chain kit on a 2019 Hyundai Kona (petrol, about 190,000 km). All parts are already bought — just need someone to do the labour. Car’s a bit cactus, just trying to squeeze a bit more life out of it, so not fussed about warranty. Mainly just after a decent price. We’re based in Rockingham, but happy to travel anywhere between Mandurah and Fremantle. Also happy for mobile mechanics to come to us if that’s easier. Flexible on timing, just want it sorted soon. Recently I let the car battery go flat, after jump-starting the key-remote for lock/unlocking of the doors no longer works. Car still drives with key inserted. But I do want to restore the unlock/lock buttons. I have already tried 2 different methods without any luck, see pictures attached. I have put the task up for $100, I am in Bibra Lake however if you can tell me how to fix it via message or phone call and it solves the problem, then the job is complete. But please see the pictures I have posted as I have already tried 2 different methods, which did not work.

Front left wheel bearing is shot, makes a grinding noise. Had it checked out when buying new tyres. Mechanic said that front left wheel bearing hub needed replacing. I have ordered the exact part required, and I understand that this is a fairly simple repair as far as car fixes go, however I do not have the correct tools for it and would rather get it done by a professional who knows what they are doing and have the right equipment for it. Note: This task is for replacing the bearing hub for one wheel only, not both. I will provide the spare part.
