I need help to clean and tidy up the exterior areas of a house I just bought. This is not skilled work. It's just leaf blowing, weeding, sweeping, high pressure cleaning, dusting, garden watering, etc. It is suitable for a male or female. This will be performed either with me or with me nearby to supervise/direct the work. Please advise how many hours of work you will perform for the budget price I have listed. If you're a good worker and reliable we can extend the task for longer periods. There is PLENTY of work to be done for the right person! All equipment will be supplied by me. Permanent twice weekly housekeeper required in Pullenvale on an ongoing basis. Ideally you will be available 2 hours Mon or Tues and 3-4 hours either Thurs or Fri. The position involves cleaning, ironing, folding, making beds, spring cleaning and occasional food prep. This position is long term. You will require references, your own transport as we are not close to a bus stop, and a police check or blue card. You need to be flexible, reliable, honest, trustworthy and have a good work ethic. The most important thing is that you are easy to get along with, a pleasure to have in our home and help us out with maintaining our home. Rate is per hour and negotiable.
