I’m looking for a warm, reliable housekeeper to help keep our small home in order—mainly during the weeks my kids are with me (we share custody week-about). This is more than just a regular clean—I’m after someone who can step in and help keep things ticking over while I juggle full time work, running two businesses and teenagers. Hi there! I am currently working two major jobs, while also looking for a new home to buy and needing to prep my current home for sale. I need help! I will need small amounts of assistance consistently over several weeks or months, I'm thinking 4 hours twice a week, covering three key areas: 1. Work with me to do a stocktake of the key projects that I need to do around the house to get it sale-ready. This would include documenting all the details in a spreadsheet, pricing jobs up, scheduling appointments, planning job prioritisation and order, researching the best approach to getting the jobs done. Some of this work can be done from your home. 2. I need to pack up my house and/or get rid of stuff and would love some advice and hands-on assistance with coordinating the whole process. I won't be asking you to pack any boxes or move anything so mobility issues are no concern for this job :) 3. I have a tonne of clothes that I need to sort through, and plenty I will end up wanting to sell. Unfortunately, I have zero time for any of that so this is something I would need help with including photographing items, sending some off for dry cleaning, writing up descriptions, that sort of thing.
