Looking for someone to pick up a desk from my office in Sydney CBD and deliver it to home in Mascot. The office is accessible anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm, with easy walk-in access for pickup. Desk size is approximately 1.6m long x 70cm wide. The tabletop is quite heavy/bulky, so you may need an extra hand to carry it safely. The legs can be removed using an Allen key for easier transport. Move one wooden dining table, 2 benches, chairs, a couch, four beds (including mattresses) three ikea shelves, boxes of clothes, books and personal items (maybe a fridge and maybe a dishwasher). There are more items including the above, which I can list further if required. There are both stairs (one flight) in the townhouse and stairs in the house. I'm planning for the morning of the 31 January to move the belongings. Approximately between 8:30am to 9am is a good start. The move is from Burwood to Croydon Park, which is only about 1km to 2km apart in distance (which isn't too far). There are no heavy items such as piano or extremely delicate objects to move. The only semi- delicate object is perhaps the TV, which I'm sure can work out a way to ensure safe moving.
