Timber panels in the apex of this house at marcoola x2, needing to be sanded and resealed.

I’ve completed 80% of the sanding, but my equipment isn’t suitable/strong enough to complete. Need someone to sand the step sections of the stairs, as well as rail and top of balustrade. Looking at offering an hourly rate, but a quote for job would be appreciated.

Paint soffits of house with one coat of white paint and paint some external rendered walls. You will need a ladder to reach double storey in some areas which have easy access and in other areas there is scaffolding set up.
