My parents go down to their beach house every few month and the place needs cleaning irregularly please. My parents often do adhoc cleaning too, so the place never really gets that dirty, but I want to give them a break. It's all polished floor boards with tiles in the bathroom. Most of the bedrooms don't get used too. We seek a per hour rate and someone in the local area would be ideal. You can bring your own products or we can supply. We have a vacuum cleaner too. I really don't know how much this should cost, but I would think it's not more than 3 hours, but we are happy to be reasonable. Clean common areas of a house. Kitchen, two living areas, two bathrooms etc

2 stories, 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms. Wood and tiled floors. Only 2 people live in the house who are generally clean and tidy. Mostly use 1 bedroom and ensuite area although we do have visitors to stay occasionally. Probably requires 3 to 3.5 hours to clean. I am looking for someone with great references. Starting ASAP.
