End of Lease Clean - Overall good quality, but ensure you have listed EVERY item that is required, as I did not realise he had excluded items I had thought were standard as part of an end of lease clean, such as cleaning light marks from walls, cleaning fridge etc. Tried to charge extra for these, but I just returned and completed myself as was a 30min task.
