Engine coolant flush and replacement I will pay and supply the parts - just need someone with skills, tools and time to handle the job. 2002 Honda Civic Needs a new RAD Support and Radiator.

Got steering wheels, ABS, traction and brake warning lights on. Steering wheel is heavy to rotate.

The bike is a 2004 Honda Shadow. It seems to have electrical issues. The lights come on, the horn and indicators work, but the engine won't start - it doesn't even try to turn over. The battery and starter relay are new and all fuses have been replaced; still no joy. I need someone who can please come down and diagnose and fix the issue.
