Need a tv mount installed into brick wall correctly 32 inch

We need one flatscreen tv removed from a wall mount, and a large, 75inch flatscreen tv mounted in the boardroom. Wall mount provided. We also have a whiteboard to screw onto the wall.

We have tried to mount the TV ourselves, but we are having trouble with the metal stud locations. We have drilled a few holes into the wall but some of the holes seem to have not gone through studs despite triple checking with a stud finder and magnets. We are quite confused and at this point would like some help. If the holes we have drilled end up not being used, it would be great if you could plaster over those holes as well if needed. We already have the TV mount.

I need someone to install my tv on the wall

I need my 50 inch tv mounted to the wall in my bedroom. The wall is made of Bessa Brick covered by plaster. I will supply the wall mount which is an XCD full motion mount. Cables need to be hidden with appropriate surface conduit.

I have a Samsung smart Tv with a Google Chromecast plug in. I use two remotes - the Samsung TV one for free to air tv, and a Google Chromecast remote. My Google remote stopped working so I’ve bought a replacement which I’m having trouble pairing. Ideally I’d like to use just one remote for Free To Air TV and streaming, but worst case just get my Chromecast remote to work
