I have a wall mount for a TV that I want to install for a 40 inch tv. The previous tenants had one installed so I can see on the wall where it needs to go. You will need your own drill. It's a pretty quick and simple job for someone to do.

I need an in-ceiling projector screen installed in my house. I have had a look in the roof cavity and there seems to be clear access to the space I want to install it (i.e. no studs in the way). Access is available from in the roof and below the ceiling. The model projector screen I am looking at is: https://www.elite-electronics.com.au/Home_Entertainment/Projector_Screens/Motorized/Elite_Screens_100-120_16_9_In-Ceiling_Flush_Mount_Projector - you can check that site for the specs/size etc. The projector needs to be connected to a powerpoint, which means power will have to be available in the roof cavity - but if you don't do electricity, then I can find someone to do this separately.
