My wall mounted Sony TV has become unresponsive. I've done some trouble-shooting and established that it's not the remote. I need to unplug the TV but it's proving very difficult to get at the plug behind the TV. (There is a power button on the TV but it doesn't work.) Need someone to take TV down, unplug, plug back in and remount. And if something could be done to make this easier in future, that would be great.

I’m looking for someone who has fixed this (or a very similar) issue before to swing by and work your magic.
