Fix tv settings not getting local stations

Hi there! We need the TV mounted on a TV rack in our office meeting room. We want the cable hidden in the wall. For the paper backdrop (2.7m wide) we need it mounted on some bits of wood (preferably white) to take it off the wall 20 cm. We require a ladder as we want this hung about 2.5/3m from the floor.

We are also wanting to get a tv mounted (we have the wall mount already but not a stud finder or other tools needed), and some mirrors/picture frames hung up. Large Chiq Tv Picture fades on and off and sound is intermittent. Was already repaired under 2 year warranty for a similar issue a couple Years back.
