Need someone to pressure wash the bin area to remove the smell and dirt/grime in the area.

Budget $200 for main job $300 total if pressure washing is included Description Looking for someone to give our back courtyard and small garden area a thorough clean-up and get it back under control. The area is mostly paved, with raised planter boxes/garden beds around the edges. Photos attached show the current condition. Main work required: Weed between the courtyard pavers/tiles Remove weeds, grass and unwanted growth from the raised planter boxes Weed and tidy the garden beds and edges around the courtyard Cut back/remove miscellaneous overgrowth around the fence line Remove loose leaves, weeds and general garden debris Sweep/blow down the paved areas afterwards Leave the whole courtyard neat and tidy Remove/dispose of green waste We’re not looking for landscaping or planting — just a good general weed and clean-up. Please bring your own gardening tools/equipment. Main job budget: $200 We estimate the main clean-up will take approximately 3–4 hours for one person, depending on equipment and how quickly the weeds come out. Optional extra — pressure washing We’d also be interested in having the paved courtyard areas pressure washed. Total budget including pressure washing: $300. Important notes: We don’t have a suitable hose available, so you’ll need to bring your own hose. Please also bring a good-quality tap connector/fitting, as our current connector is not fit for purpose. Our tap pressure is not particularly strong, so please factor this in and bring equipment suitable for the job. You’ll need to bring your own pressure washer. We estimate the pressure washing would add approximately 1.5–2 hours. Please let us know in your offer whether you’re quoting for: 1. Main clean-up only — $200, or 2. Main clean-up + pressure washing — $300 Type of gardening: Weeding, Garden cleanup Size of garden: Under 50m² Has green waste bin: No
