We'd like a team to remove two full-size fridges and a heavy sofa bed from our house and dispose of it. House has 40 outdoor, wide steps that the items will need to be carried down. We can supply a small trolley. Hope to hear from you.

Looking for a couple of easy-going and hard-working people to come and give us a hand with some cleaning, moving furniture and other odd jobs around the house and garden for 6 hours on Friday 25 July between 10am and 4pm. We have just finished having new floors put in 3 rooms in our house and so the major jobs will be cleaning the rooms and replacing the furniture. Will need to be fit and able to do some heavy lifting (I am 6 months pregnant so can't help with the heavy lifting jobs, but will be on hand to direct!)

Move 3 lounge pieces from ground floor apartment to basement storage area making use of a lift. 15/20 minute job.

As described. Just need a very heavy chest of drawers moved and to turn around a bed in a single room. Will probably require a couple trollys to not scratch the floor. I will be there to help.

Move 3 pots from balcony up 3 short flights of stairs (7 stairs each flight). A trolley might help. Place in garden area which is down a few stairs.
