A small, brand new air conditioner needs to be fitted in a window space that has been made for this purpose. I am in a little unit and I am a pensioner so I don’t have a lot of money after buying the air conditioner. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Issue description: The unit intermittently displays an E320 error code and stops functioning. This issue has occurred more than once. On a previous occasion, the system stopped working and then resumed normal operation automatically after approximately two days. The same issue has now occurred again. At present, the unit has started working again on its own, however the fault appears to be intermittent and unresolved, and we are concerned it may fail again.

Our Futitsu Reverse Cycle Ducted, Heating and Cooling Air Conditioner has error message Error 11.1 on the Display panel and seems there is some communication Error. The Air Conditioner was installed 6-7 years ago and was working fine. We have checked MCB, restarted it, but it gives this error code. A Fujitsu unit turns on but the compressor does not start. When turning it on, the internal unit works for about a minute and then goes off with fast blinking "economy" light (indicating an error) and slower 1 blinking "operation" and 1 "timer" lights. (Timer in abmer) which suggests Communication error with the external unit. Might be just the fuse or power/board failure. External unit is accessible easily on the ground floor.
