I have 2 small exterior areas that were behind air conditioner units that need rendering to meet the existing rendered wall (attached photo). Further, some blobs may need sandpaper. I also have a small area close to the ground that requires patching up as the existing plaster has fallen off (attached photo). All areas are accessible without a step ladder / ladder.

I have an air con unit in a certain room. I’m not sure if it’s working. First of all I’d love for someone to come and check it (if you can quote on here for that only) and then depending on if it needs repair or not, I would like the whole unit moving into another room and putting on the wall.
