It’s returning error code 09, thermistor >60 deg during start, and blowing out cold air

Seeking help to relocate our ducted heating system. We need the entire physical unit, including the ducts, moved from the back of the house to the side As you can see in the photo the corner is the side of the house, some bricks need to be popped out for the ducts, if required I'm happy to do that before you arrive. 2 bedroom unit with 6 heating ducts. One duct in bedroom is not working. I'm looking for someone experienced in this area to assist me please.

When we turn it on,there is no airflow coming out.We are looking for someone experienced to inspect and repair the issue as soon as possible.

My gas heating has been removed , I want to get the heating vents filled in. They have already been blocked but want them to be flush with current floor. Carpet flooring will be replaced over the top so just needs to be sturdy and flat. There are 6 vents in total.

Two-story house with ducted heating. The system works fine upstairs, but the airflow on the ground floor is very weak. After inspecting the ducting, I found that one of the ducts had come loose. I tried to temporarily fix it with tape (the black section in the photo), but it didn’t hold for long and not improving much. I need someone to come and inspect the ducting and do a proper repair to restore the airflow downstairs. The ductwork is located in an accessible subfloor space under the house .
