Details: No materials are required — there is enough existing pipe and ductwork to accommodate the move. Plenty of access is via attic/ceiling space with high clearance(see attached photo for reference). The unit only needs to be repositioned; no additional connections, pipe extensions, or major modifications are required. Must ensure that all existing connections (ducts, condensate drain, and pipes) remain.

Need air con installed at an apartment bedroom. Living are already have 1 unit and the bedroom is right behind it as per plan. you will need to come to visit first to assess the options. The body corporate does not allow to put the fan unit on the outer walls of the unit. So the fan unit needs to be on the balcony that way there will be two units outside at the balcony.

The fan on the reverse cycle air con works for cooling but not heating. Needs some TLC
