Hi, I’m looking for a licensed electrician to check an air conditioner power issue. • The air conditioner was working normally, but suddenly stopped this afternoon. • The AC circuit breaker trips immediately when switched ON and will not stay on. • There is a small visible spark when attempting to reset the breaker. • Remote control has power, but the unit does not respond. • Other circuits in the house are working normally. I need someone to inspect and diagnose the issue (circuit / wiring vs. air conditioner electrical fault) and advise or repair if possible. Location: Gungahlin, ACT Residential house. Remove current system. Install small split system including all electrical work. Dispose of old system and all left over materials/waste. Any brand is acceptable. Smallest system available is fine as it’s only for a single room. Looking for the cheapest overall install and supply cost. Prefer completion as soon as possible ahead of a building inspection. Please see photos. No stairs. Access is good. Power board is new.

Installation of second-hand LG TO9AWN split system A/C. Must have experience with refrigerant and electricals. Must have own vacuum pump and tools. Copper tubing from prior install is available. Unit will be mounted on wall and hole pre-drilled for tubing. References appreciated.

We have a ducted reverse cycle AC installed with the pipes in the roof, for some reason the bedroom is not getting any airflow. I suspect a twisted or folded duct pipe. I need to get it checked and fixed. The tasker should have experience in installing ducted air-conditioning as a must.
