I have the module. Accessing the Headlight Control Module for BWW : Remove the bumper: This is often the first step in accessing the headlight unit. Remove the wheel arch liner: This may also be necessary to gain access. Remove headlight fixings: Unscrew or undo the fixings that hold the headlight in place. Disconnect electrical connectors: Unclip all electrical connectors before removing the headlight. 3. Replacing the Module: Locate the module: It's usually found on the rear of the headlight assembly. Remove the old module: Carefully detach the module from the headlight assembly. Install the new module: Connect the new module to the headlight unit. Reassemble the headlight: Attach the headlight unit and all fixings. Reassemble the bumper: Reinstall the bumper and other components. 4. Coding and Initialization: Some modules need coding: If the module is coded to the car, you'll need to use ISTA or a similar BMW diagnostic tool to initialize it.

I need someone to be able to change both headlight globes in my 2009 VE Commodore Ute. I have the globes ready to replace the old ones. Have tried and found it quite difficult. You may need knowledge on bumper removal and plastic panel removal. The headlight globe is difficult to remove as it’s screwed in where the fastener clip is, which means needing a Philips head screwdriver to remove that screw, however the space to do so is very limited, without removing the headlight unit itself or other components to access it. Anyone with good mechanical knowledge should apply. Thanks.
