Paint chicken coop. App paint and tools provided. Needs to be done urgently.

I have 25m of cornice to be installed (cornice supplied) and some gyprock to be set approx 2 days work

Looking for a handyman to help with things like changing door handles, putting curtain tracks up - general bits and pieces

I need some curtain tracks installed by 4pm today

Hang 2 small paintings in kitchen, 1 toddler bball hoop in playroom, and coat rack in hallway. Please bring hooks and drill for brick. This can be done Saturday, Sunday before 10am, or Monday before 1pm

Door needs hinges adjustment of some wood planing. Kitchen cupboard hinges need replacing on one cabinet.

We need help please to close in a door and create a new door in the same room. All cerpentry and gyprock needed. Some electrics will need to be moves but we will organise this. To put the new door in we need help to remove an existing double door cupboard with a shelf up the top. We can do the painting. Need to hang the new door also once cupboard removed and new door jam in place and gyprock completed. We’ll provide doors and can pay for all materials that are required on top of quote. I have about 6 roller blinds that I need installed.

3 rooms and hallway to have all cornices removed and square set. Remove 6 ceiling roses and patch.

Fix loose fixtures and fittings in bathrooms. Windows are hard to open, have a look at these. Various small issues like these

- Need to separate a loungeroom into 2 rooms. New wall required with internal sliding doors. - Close off an existing door. - Remove an entry cupboard and put a door in it's place - Remove a built in cupboard in a bedroom that spans half a wall and replace it with built in cupboards that span the whole wall - Hang double doors on an existing door frame. - switch door jam sides for an existing door. Likely requires a new door and door handle - Need a quote for this. I'm guessing $60 an hour but please feel free to advise what an appropriate hourly rate would be Many thanks

The wooden flooring has been damaged due to flooding from the laundry and needs to be repaired. I've just patched it temporarily with some hobby wood, as it is a tripping hazard. The flooring is parquetry floor made up of slithers of wood. I need to patch up the hole and glue in the rest of the flooring (the glue has come off and the individual wooden pieces will fall out if you move them around too much). This work must be done between 18 and 22 June as new tenants are moving in.

Require spray painting of aluminium window frames, inside and out. 2 sliding doors at front of house and only 13 windows to be painted white inside and out. - Due date: Before Saturday, 13 January 2024

Require 9 door handles to be replaced on existing doors, new strike plates. This requires delicate cutting, chiseling and circular cuts are required. Installation of barn door track and door required. Track will require timber piece to ensure strength to hold. New Laundry door needs to be installed with hinges to be cut out and handle installed, may require small trim at bottom to fit space. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 10 December 2023
