Find a professional gyprocker contractor in Belrose

Work with me to design, build, install, paint, an entertsinment unit to lounge room approximately 4200mm wide, 2100mm high and maybe 40-45cm deep. Photos below show the kind of thing we are looking at except it would all be gyprocked. Please provide initial indicative pricing. Ignore the budget I have provided. Preferable to have a local trade but not compulsory. References will be required pre starting

Need to Install decorative flower to ceiling (plaster of paris). Remove existing cornice. Install new cornice. Finish some patch works

Cover ceiling gap and re-cornice in preparation for new built ins. 4 rooms. Scope for more work with larger renos. Ideally completed tomorrow.

Re-apply a piece of gyproc back into wall including plastering of edges. No painting needed.

A hole in the gyprock approx size of 15cm dia needs to be fixed.

We dropped a tool and it bounced hitting a wall putting a small hole into the gyprock. Looking to cover the hole professionally and paint the whole wall. Paint supplied. The section to paint could be 2240 x 415 (small area) but it will need to blend. If it can’t be blended into current paint then an additional pint area would be 600 x 3000

We need to complete the sanding of top coat to provide a good finish ready for painting. All areas have already had some sanding however needs some more. We have approximately 18 top coat patches approximately 300mm x 300mm in size. We have staircase to sand the top coat. We have a doorway which has top coat and light sanding done however this needs to be set again and sanded further to provide good finish. There are 12 holes 40mm in diameter in cornice which needs sanding. We also have minor holes around the house that needs sanding ready for painting. Looking for a good finish by professional. We have some topping compound here if required for the doorway location. - Due date: Flexible
