Hey! Sadly, I’m selling my van but now I’ve got a 2018 Subaru Forester and a design idea for turning it into a camper. The problem is, I just need a hand getting started. I’m on a pretty low budget, so this is more for someone who actually enjoys this kind of project – like a hobbyist who’s keen to help out, share ideas, and get paid a little bit along the way. I’m looking for someone who’s into DIY, camper builds, carpentry, or just good at tinkering and figuring things out. Nothing too intense – I just need help with the first steps, like measurements, materials, and a bit of building to get it going. If you’re someone who loves messing around with projects like this and wouldn’t mind teaming up for a fun little build, I’d love to hear from you! $25 or $30 an hour? I have a Word.doc manuscript with mostly b/w text but some diagrams - 580 pages. Colour cover artwork is done. My printer requires that it be formatted with safety zone margin and bleed so that it can be 'perfect bound'. The size of the book is 152.4mm x 228.6 mm (6 inches wide x 9 inches long). I require an experienced, fast and accurate graphic designer who can show previous examples of their work with authors. It is hard to provide a budget as I have not had a book done before (although I have published niche magazines). As there are multiple hours involved and it is repetitive and not complicated work, I am offering between $35 - $40 per hour to someone based on the Sunshine Coast.
