We have a Sungrow 10kw inverter, 13.3 KW Solar and 16 kw battery system installed approximately 12 months ago. Would like someone to perform an annual maintenance check and clean the panels.

I'm seeking a reliable person to help on a fortnightly basis with a range of things around the yard and gardens. Due to health related reasons, my Dad can't do the various things he always has around the yard and gardens, so we're seeking someone to do them. The work is varied doing garden / yard work, trimming shrubs and weed spraying etc (there is no lawn mowing required). We're hoping to find someone reliable, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, who takes care of property and has an eye for detail. Someone who's happy to just get in and help with a variety of things, no matter how big or small. It would be for four hours fortnightly, happy to work in with the day / time that suits you best (kept consistent each fortnight). Location is Sandgate 4017 on the north side of Brisbane. Hi, looking for someone regular to mow and weed my yard once every 2-3 weeks. I don't have a mower or tools so you would need to bring your own. Also, you'd need an ABN and be able to leave me a receipt. I think I can access that via Airtasker maybe. Not sure, will work that out. The yard is quite small, pictures attached. The back yard and both sides are very narrow. Corner block so double the footpath. I'm very flexible with days/times; I may not be home but you can come work whenever suits you.
