I need a garden shed built over a concrete slab (400cm x 270cm). The concrete slab is situated in a corner. The garden shed can be made of either timber or high-density polyethylene plastic (not metal). I also require 2 openable windows on the garden shed. An inspection pipe to a septic tank system is located on top of the concrete slab. The size of the inspection pipe is 17cm in diameter. The inspection pipe is located 60cm (width) and 150cm (length) from the nearest corner. With this inspection pipe, the base of the shed would need to have a hole so that the septic tank can be pumped out when required to do so. - Due date: Flexible
