Hello, I am looking for someone to redesign and restore the large planters on our wrap-around apartment balcony. The scope of work includes: - Design & Selection: Creating a high-impact "WOW factor" design using a combination of resilient, attractive, and complementary plants (varying textures, sizes, and colors). The design should include screening plants along the northern and (possibly) western boundaries too. Note that the balcony receives direct sunlight all day and is subject to high winds, so all proposed plants must tolerate these extreme conditions. - Labor & Execution: Removing current dead plants/weeds, clearing out old material, and replanting. - Materials & Disposal: Supplying all plants, potting mix/soil, bark mulch, and handling full waste removal from the site.
