Reporting plants on small balcony

I have this long concrete planter box stretching approx 15 - 20 meters in my backyard. I need to tidy it up and make it look nicer. Photos attached. Clearing some existing plants and putting in new ones.

Hi there I need this large trough to have all the plants removed and about half of the soil. You’ll need to remove all of that from the sight and dispose of it please. These are old agave’s that are compacted in there. I also need the solid concrete trough to be shuffled straight backwards about 20 cm. I guess the weight will be about 200kg but I’m not sure TBH. Size of the trough is 200cm x 65cm x 60cm. Very heavy obviously but should be quick to move with the right team. Please only offer if you’re able to bring the right guys to also move the trough.

Spoil is hard. I have fertilizer and mulch. Frangipani and Lilly Pilly.

There's garden soil all over my bedroom and lounge room floor!!

My monstera plant needs to be repotted/resoiled and it has outgrown its totem pole and is no longer upright as I've removed a number of its aerial roots. It's currently only upright as I've balanced in the pictures on the current pole, but otherwise collapses when moved. There are also two branches in the same pot. I need someone experienced with these plants to: - Repot or resoil and generally help fix it - Re-stake with a larger totem pole as they are no longer upright. - Potentially repot the smaller one in a separate pot if it makes sense I do not have any additional materials (soil, larger totem pole, etc) but happy to discuss arrangements for yourself or myself to purchase once we've agreed. Two things: 1. Trim the tree that hangs over my fence to stop its leaves falling into my pool. Requires tall ladder. 2. There are some plants in stones that were placed on the edge of my balcony that are impossible to water, have died, and are prone to have weeds sprout. Requires tall ladder to reach from driveaway to remove the plants and any dirt. Ideally you'd remove everything up in it and I will later replace with new rocks.
