Find an experienced garden planting specialist in NSW

I have 2 roses in pots that aren’t doing well. I’d like them to be planted out into our garden beds but I am not good at knowing the best place to plant them or how to do it.

It is a 8.5m x 0.6m x 0.5m retaining wall planter in the backyard that is empty but has some weeds. Need to fill up soil from the driveway. Soil will be ordered and placed on the driveway. There is an access to the backyard from the side. You must bring your own wheel barrow.

I have a balcony that is exposed to intense sun in the morning and is impacted by wind and construction dust. I am also not very knowledgeable about caring for different plants. Some of my plants survive well, some have stopped growing and some have died with various symptoms. Dig up weeds on side of driveway (5m long, 1m wide) and then plant 5 gardenias and 17 buxom plants. Then plant a tree in front yard with 5 agapanthas around it. Back yard. Weed removal grass cutting and plant flower

Remove x 2 low brick walls from back yard. If it’s more convenient I can organise a skip bin. Plant 11 ornamental pears along the back fence.

These two plants need some life! We need them both re-soiled with a few plant sticks to hold the birds of paradise!
