Looking for someone reliable to help tidy up my courtyard in Surry Hills. Everything needed is on site — pressure washer, potting mix, and pots are all provided. Required: Pressure wash all pavers (full courtyard coverage, algae/moss throughout — this is the bulk of the work). Scrub algae off the base of the rendered walls and tiles. Clear dead leaves and debris from ground level around the walls and plants and remove any weeds. Repot the monstera into the new larger pot provided, and move the monstera's current pot to the rubber plant. Use the potting mix already on site. Remove the clothes line to rubbish. General tidy — move items back into place once cleaning is done. What's provided: Pressure washer, hose, potting mix, all pots. What I'm looking for: Someone who's comfortable with basic plant care. Looking for someone experienced with pruning to tidy up three plants around my property. Photos attached for each. Plant 1 — Tall acacia / wattle (side of house) Narrow-leaf acacia growing in a tight strip between the house and side fence. It has grown well above the roofline and the upper branches are reaching over the gutter. Need the height reduced significantly and the shape contained so it stays clear of the roof going forward. Note: acacias can be sensitive to heavy pruning, so ideally someone who knows how to cut them back without killing the tree. Plant 2 — Climbing vine (side wall, looks like star jasmine) The climber has spread across the brick wall and grown up into the gutter and under the eaves. Needs: Runners pulled/cut out of the gutter and eaves Trimmed back neatly against the wall Loose tendrils tidied so it looks clean and well-kept Plant 3 — Yuccas (front entrance) Cluster of yuccas near the front gate. Heavy yellowing, browning and dried/blackened leaves throughout. Need the dead and dying leaves removed and the plants tidied so they look healthy again. Notes I have a A-frame (step) ladder available on site, plus some tools — pruning pliers/secateurs and an electric saw — happy for you to use them. Regular green bin available for waste.

I’d like to clear the overgrown pot plants and clean the moss off the pavers. Some of the pots can be relocated but a fair bit of greenery/ pots will need to be tipped.
