We need some help preparing our front "garden" for planting. Tasks required are: - Level off places of uneven/mounded soil (i.e. where we have removed stone steps) - Clear and remove weeds from front (both sides of driveway) and down the side of the house - Dig shallow drainage trench across downslope corner and by retaining wall (to keep water from flowing toward porch area) - Move residual piles of river rocks into drainage trench - Hoe/aerate cleared surface ready for planting. The topsoil is very compacted at present. - Apply weed killer to cleared surface - Take sandbags to tip with any garden waste To be completed prior to Friday 27th November please.
