**ENTRY IS VIA A DINNING ROOM WINDOW** Garage door rollers was knocked out of shape from tradesman. I have attempted to fix it however it’s now beyond me- cables on both end were tangled I have disconnected cables. Entry into the garage is via a small window inside the house as I have the door being held up just enough with a car jack for charging electric car. This is my mothers property.

Eddie could not adjust the garage door, finally suggested me to change the whole unit, but it was only required a small tweak which I did and got the garage door fixed myself. Still paid him the full amount. He is okay but not the best for garage doors
