The garage door chain came off the rail. I tried to put it back on, but it slipped off again during testing and the door won’t open. It may be caused by: • Chain tension not adjusted correctly (tensioner issue) • Front wall bracket becoming loose or misaligned Need someone to inspect, reattach the chain properly, re-tension it, and secure the front bracket. Motor brand: BOSS BOL4 Photos of the current setup are attached for reference Happy to adjust the budget slightly after inspection if extra work is needed.

When the weather is cold my garage door often opens to 10% and gets stuck. It needs a few tried to fully get past the sticking point. Door isnt level and there is fraying on both side cables. Cables need replacement
