Hello, need to get replaced the garage door weather seal

Garage Door Dent Damage Dent located on the right-hand side, mid to lower section of the grey sectional garage door. The door makes a popping noise when opening. The technician has advised that the damage is not repairable and the bottom panel requires replacement. Remove and dispose of 2x bottom panels Supply and install 2x Centurion Sectional Settler bottom panels (woodland grey)

Our Avanti garage door opener isn't working. When we press the OPEN switch it just makes a clicking noise and doesn't open. Seems like it's receiving the signal but the actual opener/motor is having an issue. Need this urgently attended to as we both need to go to work. Thanks in advance 🙏
